Q: What system requirements or configurations are needed?
A: Each product comes with a list of system requirements (e.g. Windows version, hardware specs, prerequisites). Make sure you meet those before installation. If you plan to use a virtual machine (VM), ensure the VM meets those requirements and that virtualization settings are properly configured.

Q: Can I install the software on a virtual machine (VM)?
A: Yes — virtual machine installations are supported as long as the VM environment meets the required system specifications. Some products require special attention (e.g. certain virtualization or hardware-emulation settings) if run on a VM.

Q: I entered the activation key — but the software still says “invalid key” or “license not accepted”. What should I do?
A: This can happen if the key doesn’t match the version you installed, or if there was a typo. If everything seems correct and it still fails, contact support and provide a screenshot of the error for faster troubleshooting.

A: Don’t worry — we include step-by-step instructions and screenshots, and our support team is available to help. Provide us with a detailed description of your issue (error message, OS version, steps so far) so we can assist efficiently.

Q: Does the product work on Mac / Linux / Virtual environments / older Windows versions?
A: Compatibility depends on the specific product. Check the “System Requirements” section for each product before purchase. If your system is non-standard (e.g. macOS + virtualization, Linux VM, older OS) — feel free to ask us before buying.

Q: What if I lose my license key or need the download link again?
A: Contact our support with your purchase information (email used, order number) — we will resend the license key and download link. Many vendors handle this as part of their support offerings.

Q: What kind of support is offered if installation fails or activation fails?
