DaVinci DPF EGR DTC v1.0.28 — ECU File-Based Emissions Removal Software
DaVinci DPF EGR DTC is a professional Windows tool for permanently disabling DPF, EGR, AdBlue and other emissions systems by modifying the ECU binary file. It works on ECU dump files read with tools like KTag, Kess V2, KT200, BDM100 or PCMFlash — not via basic OBD2.
How It Works
- Read your ECU binary file using KTag, Kess V2, KT200, BDM100 or similar
- Open the .bin file in DaVinci and select your ECU variant
- Toggle OFF: DPF, EGR, AdBlue, TVA, MAF, Lambda, Flaps, Start/Stop
- Save the modified binary
- Write the file back to the ECU with your reading tool
What It Modifies
- DPF Off — Removes Diesel Particulate Filter regeneration maps permanently
- EGR Off — Disables Exhaust Gas Recirculation in ECU memory
- AdBlue/SCR Off — Removes AdBlue injection and NOx sensor logic
- TVA Off — Deactivates Throttle Valve Actuator maps
- MAF / Lambda / Flaps Off — Removes sensor and actuator maps
- Start/Stop Off — Permanently disables auto start/stop
- READINESS Reset — Clears OBD readiness monitors in the file
- DTC Read & Clear — Reads live fault codes and clears them
